Nutritional visit
What does a nutritional visit consist of?
THE VISIT

Duration: Approximately 1 hour

During the first visit, we will review the food diary you filled out with the foods you consumed during the week preceding our meeting.
The week before the visit, you will be required to complete a food and training diary that I will provide you with. This step is essential to analyze your lifestyle. If deemed necessary, I may also ask you to undergo blood tests.

Upon arrival for the visit, I will conduct a comprehensive anamnesis to learn about your eating habits and personal preferences—crucial for creating a nutrition plan that suits your tastes.
You must bring your medical history so that I can thoroughly review any existing conditions.
During the visit, a body composition assessment will be performed using:
-
Plicometry
-
Bioimpedance analysis
-
Weight
-
Height
-
Body circumferences
to determine:
-
Fat mass
-
Lean mass
-
Basal metabolic rate and energy requirements
-
Hydration status
-
Nutritional status
These measurements are indispensable for creating a customized plan that perfectly meets your needs.
An anthropometric evaluation (measuring circumferences, height, and weight), along with plicometry and bioimpedance analysis, will be carried out to quantify the percentage of lean and fat mass and hydration—essential for determining your basal metabolism.
I will deliver your diet plan within one week and, if necessary, also provide you with a training diary along with instructions on how to complete it.

Subsequent follow-up appointments (lasting 30 minutes) will be scheduled based on your individual goals. A regular evaluation of your body composition will always be provided to monitor progress, analyze the plan’s effectiveness, and adjust it as needed.
